Stephanie Rourk


Stephanie Rourk recently joined Pacific Union Commercial this Summer 2018. She is currently specializing in retail and office space leasing. Prior to joining PacUnion, Stephanie worked in the tech industry for 10 years. She has an extensive background in project management with an emphasis in sales & marketing process and operations. As she increases her understanding of the commercial real estate market, Stephanie continues to contribute a strategic mindset, focus, personal drive, and team morale.

She has joined Vice President, Andie Katter 30 year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate business whose expertise remains in the area of tenant representation. Andie’s most recent tenant representation assignments have been representing local businesses within the Jackson Square area. 

Both Andie and Stephanie are locals to the San Francisco Bay Area and share their alma mater, UC Santa Barbara. These ladies bring a lot of enthusiasm and commitment to a client-centered, positive experience.‚Äč


Allbirds – 15,000 SF Office Space
Represented landlord for the Allbirds World Headquarters at 30 Hotaling in Historic Jackson Square.

Turo (formerly Relay Rides) – 20,000 SF Office Space
Represented tenant in 3 transactions over 5 years most recently at 667 Mission St. in SOMA for their World Headquarters.

Fandor -  5,000 SQFT Office Space
Represented tenant in relocating their San Francisco office to 200 Pine St. in Financial Distri­­­­­ct.

Kaiser Hospital – 35,000 SF Office Space
Represented landlord in long term lease renewal at 1635 Divisadero.

Atomic Labs – 14,000 SF Venture Capital Incubator Office Space
Represented both Tenant and Sublandlord at One Letterman Drive, San Francisco Presidio for a 10-year direct lease and termination of my client’s lease.

Verdu – 5,000 SF 2 - Retail Leases
Represented both landlord and tenant, Michael Tusk, 3 Star Michelin Chef for new concept restaurant plus separate wine and boutique home items store at 550 and 528 Washington St., Jackson Square, San Francisco.

DiPietro Todd Salon – 2,000 SF Retail Space
Represented both landlord and tenant in relocating to 520 Washington Street from their 35-year location in Union Square.

The Senator Group – 2,063 SF Retail Space
Represented landlord in a lease of Showroom space for office furniture company.

801 Montgomery – 40,000 SF
Represented Landlord in successful lease up and repositioning of entire 40,000 sf building with 6 tenants including 2 Venture Funds, Leviton Showroom and Private Equity firms.

Onsite Dental – 3,500 SF - Retail Space
Represented Tenant in flagship offices at Salesforce Transit Center.  This was the first retail lease at Transbay.
