As Senior Vice President of Leasing and Sales for Pacific Union Commercial Brokerage with a 30-year track record of being a consistent top producer, Andie is uniquely qualified to offer her clients top tier representation to both Tenants and Landlords. Her long-standing relationships with both landlords and fellow broker colleagues provide her clients with an advantage in negotiating lease transactions whether for tenants or landlords. Relationships and experience do matter in the Commercial Real Estate business. Her areas of expertise are in Office and Retail leasing and sales with an emphasis on tenant representation.
Andie began her career working in Sales for Xerox Corporation in Manhattan on Wall Street and World Trade Centers until she moved into Commercial Real Estate to specialize in Office Leasing in the first East Coast Office of CBRE. Moving back home to San Francisco, she enjoyed a 10-year tenure at the World Headquarters of Grubb and Ellis with Hal Ellis at the helm.
In 1998, she was founding principal for GVA Worldwide in San Francisco, where she recruited 10 veteran commercial agents including both a Research Director from C & W and Property Manager from Embarcadero Center. During this period, Andie and her team represented such companies as Omnicon, MCI Worldcom, DHL, Prudential, Clarium Capital Management, (Peter Theil), American Lawyer Media, Offit Hall, Farallon Capital Management, Probitas Partners and many others.
Andie’s career highlight was being on the leasing team to exclusively represent Bank of America for 200,000 sf at Embarcadero Center. Five years later when B of A purchased Security Pacific Bank, she was Team Leader in the disposition of 55 Bank of America branches in California, Arizona and Nevada. These assignments totaled over 800,000 sq. ft. of both office and retail lease and sale transactions.
She has assisted four major companies in establishing their World Headquarters including GE Capital's Genstar Container, GE Capital Decimus, PLM International, Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories, Inc. first in renewing their San Francisco Headquarters lease and one year later, in securing their new World Headquarters after their sale to Alcatel of France. This transaction won two nominations by the SF Business Times for Largest Suburban Lease transaction and Steal of the Year (largest tenant to move out of San Francisco.
EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS
A native of Napa, California Ms. Katter received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 2009, Ms. Katter was nominated and named a Woman of Influence by Globe Street. This honor was awarded to only 35 Commercial Real Estate out of 100 nominees from Northern California.

Represented landlord in long term lease renewal at 1635 Divisadero.
Atomic Labs – 14,000 SF Venture Capital Incubator Office Space

Represented both landlord and tenant, Michael Tusk, 3 Star Michelin Chef for new concept restaurant plus separate wine and boutique home items store at 550 and 528 Washington St., Jackson Square, San Francisco.
DiPietro Todd Salon – 2,000 SF Retail Space
Represented both landlord and tenant in relocating to 520 Washington Street from their 35-year location in Union Square.

Represented landlord in a lease of Showroom space for office furniture company.
801 Montgomery – 40,000 SF
Represented Landlord in successful lease up and repositioning of entire 40,000 sf building with 6 tenants including 2 Venture Funds, Leviton Showroom and Private Equity firms.

Represented Tenant in flagship offices at Salesforce Transit Center. This was the first retail lease at Transbay.
